DISCIPLINE PROCEDURE



All Swimmers will have the Discipline Procedure explained by their Coach at the beginning of the Season
with guidelines to what is considered inappropriate behaviour.

Step 1: Warning re inappropriate behaviour.
 
Step 2: Second Warning - 5 minutes removal from session and ‘Parent Notification Form’ sent home – to be signed and returned by Parent.
 
Step 3: Third warning in a lesson - removal from rest of session – Meeting to be held with Swimmer/Parent/Coach & Head Coach present.
 
Step 4: Three removals in a Season – will result in one weeks suspension from all training sessions – Meeting to be held with Swimmer/Parent/Coach/Head Coach and 1 Member of the Executive Committee present.
 
Step 5: Three suspensions in one season – will result in one months suspension.
 
Step 6: Any further suspensions could result in expulsion from the Club.

 

Any behaviour endangering others or of an extremely rude nature
may receive Step 2 or 3 without a warning being given.
